Peggy's Message

February 2010

Dear Project Hannah intercessor,

I pray this letter will find you enjoying the freedom Jesus died to give us all. God made us to freely soar the heights of intimacy with our creator; to walk on clouds of justice, and to have the inner faith and fortitude to move mountains of impossibilities, indignity and pain.

I will never forget the empty eyes of women we ministered to in a prison in Asuncion, Paraguay. When they heard Christ’s message of love, God touched hearts, and many women were set free that day. They received salvation, forgiveness and peace for their souls. Even though their bodies were still behind bars of iron, their souls started to fly high, closer to their Redeemer, Jesus. Today there is a worshiping community inside that prison. The same has happened in many other prisons around the world.  This was all made possible through the ministry of Project Hannah teams and as a result of your prayers. They now need our prayers for endurance and grace to be able to stand the test and to lead others to Christ.

As you set your heart to do spiritual warfare praying for women in prison this month, I pray God will give you the faith to see His Spirit working supernaturally in inmates’ lives worldwide. Let’s pray also for Project Hannah’s compassionate team of volunteers who are embodying Jesus’ hands and feet in so many ways in prisons throughout Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. Let’s pray that the Women of Hope program, which is heard in some prisons over their public address system, will continue. Pray that the liberating message of God’s love will pierce inmates’ hearts and set them free from Satan’s bondage.

Let’s pray expectantly and earnestly, believing with every fiber of our being in the mighty power of our God to deliver prisoners from the dominion of darkness into His marvelous light.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for joining us in praying for and loving these dear women who are in prison.

Rejoicing in Jesus’ deliverance and grace,

marli-1
