Americas Forum, Project Hannah Ministry Teams

     Last fall, 45 women from five countries gathered to share and learn about what God is doing through Project Hannah across Latin America. Paraguay Prison Ministry:

     A Light-Filled Corner:  a first-hand account of a visit with Damaris, a 21 year-old prisoner at the "House of the Good Shephered" in Asuncion, Paraguay.  For seven and a half years, God has been ministering to women prisoners in Paraguay through Project Hannah.

Spanish:

     Four langauges across the Americas are translated directly from the Spanish Women of Hope scripts (Guarani, Lengua, Nivacle and Quichua). Spanish Women of Hope is heard in over 20 countries as it airs on hundreds of local stations, from TWR's powerful transmitter on Bonaire, and via high-powered Medium Wave in Uruguay.

    Low German:

     As a listener of Women of Hope in Low German (Frues met Hopning), Sara is often alone at night but her radio is a constant companion. Read why she finds Women of Hope so encouraging and how you can pray for Sara.

     When shocking allegations of rape came out of a Low German-speaking Mennonite colony in Bolivia, the Women of Hope production team wanted to minister using scripts on rape, incest, abortion, and domestic violence. But, such topics could not be mentioned over the air. Read how they reached hurting Bolivian women with a voice of hope even without broadcasting.
