Praying for Women to Receive Hope and Salvation

In many cultures women and girls live in hopelessness because they are told they are of little worth and a burden to their families. Many women invited to attend a Project Hannah prayer group or to listen to the Women of Hope program have received God’s gift of salvation as well as the hope that comes in knowing God loves them and wants them to experience the joy of living for him. Here are excerpts from some letters:      

“After my husband was arrested and killed, I was left alone with my 2-year-old daughter. I was utterly discouraged to the point that I decided to commit suicide. A friend who had become a Christian came to me and introduced the Women of Hope program to me. Every day she spoke about her life and about the hope that only can be found in Christ. Finally, I gave my life to Christ. From that point on I’ve been listening to Women of Hope regularly. With my dear friend’s help, I moved to Turkey and attend a church. I have been baptized. Praise the Lord and God bless you.” (From a Farsi speaker in Iran)

“Even though I live in great suffering I am listening to your program. Each Saturday I receive God’s grace through the Women of Hope program. It is so helpful and encourages me to trust God in all of my life situations. I am in a terrible situation, but I have great hope to return to [my home country] and serve God. Please pray for me.” (From a closed country)
